Chad Danley: Practice Manager
 Originally from Southeast Ohio, Chad graduated from Muskingum University in New Concord with a bachelors degree in Business Communication. Chad and Dr. Danley were married in Columbus in 2004. While Dr. Danley was a graduate student at The Ohio State University School of Optometry, Chad worked as a coordinator in The Ohio State University Human Resources Department. Chad and Dr. Danley moved to Tennessee in 2008 and now live in Franklin. As co-owner and practice coordinator of The Center for Vision Development, Chad enjoys talking with people about the life-changing journey that is vision therapy. His passions for developmental vision, traditional nutrition, and functional fitness drive his love for educating those with a desire to learn. He is a member of OEP (Optometric Extension Program) and of COVD (College of Optometrists in Vision Development) . Chad loves spending time with his wife, his daughter, and his Ohio State Buckeyes. Sarah Roberts: Vision Therapist
Sarah joined The Center for Vision Development in March 2011, bringing her love for children and helping others. She earned her bachlor's degree in childhood development from David Lipscomb University. Sarah's background includes working with children using ABA therapy, especially those on the autism spectrum. Kasey Armstrong: Vision Therapist
Kasey joined The Center for Vision Development in July 2011 after moving from New Mexico in January 2011. Kasey graduated from South Plains College in Levelland, TX and is an accomplished musician. She has a lifetime of experience in the world of therapy as both her parents are physical therapists and owners of Rocky Mountain Physical Therapy in Raton, NM. Jen Carlton: Vision Therapist
Jen joined the Center for Vision
Development in February 2012 after moving from rural Indiana in December
2011. She graduated from the University of Southern Indiana with a
Bachelors degree in Elementary Education. Her background includes
teaching in the school setting for 2 years, where she worked specifically with
students one-on-one in the areas of language arts and math. Jennifer has
worked with children at every developmental level in a variety of
settings. She has a strong passion to work with people to see their goals

Sammy Fagan: Practice Coordinator
Sammy
joined the Center for Vision Development in February 2012 after moving to
Franklin from Georgia in June 2011. She graduated from Georgia Southern University with a degree in Business Education. Sammy taught computer and business courses at the high school level for two years
